Gabrielle Gearhart

Gabrielle Gearhart epitomizes the integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and negotiating skills that one looks for in a realtor. Gabrielle is a licensed Realtor in both Connecticut and New York and has a proven track record for over 10 years. She specializes in most of Fairfield County, Litchfield County and Northern Westchester and is an avid admirer of all that Fairfield and Northern Westchester have to offer. Previously she lived in Katonah for 7 years and Ridgefield for 14 and raising her children between the two communities gave her an in-depth knowledge of both areas.

Before her 20+ year residency in Katonah & Ridgefield, she lived in New York City. A native New Yorker, she continues to have a deep connection to her roots and has a strong understanding of what buyers from the city want and expect. Says Gabby: “It’s quite a change, moving from the city to Westchester or Fairfield and I found it so much easier because my realtor at the time helped me with the adjustment. She supplied invaluable information about the towns, schools, area services and I love helping others make the same transition!”

Gabby attended the Trinity School and went on to graduate from Sarah Lawrence College. While living in New York she worked both in commercial interior design and as an office manager/veterinary technician for a veterinary practice. These jobs have both contributed to her success as a realtor with one giving her an interior design skill set and the other honing her ability to multitask seamlessly.

An active volunteer in Ridgefield, Gabrielle is the current treasurer of the Ridgefield Thrift Shop and foster mom to her 8th dog. In the past she has coached travel soccer, run the social services club associated with one of the elementary schools and participated in myriad charity events.
