About Gaby

Gaby Tellez was born and raised here in Ventura County and is proud to be a part of the growing professional market in her home town. Her real estate career began in 2009 and she has had the honor of helping many buyers and seller reach their real estate goals and dreams.

She loves helping sellers sell! She specializes in regular sales, short sales, probate sales, city program sales, and divorce sales. She also help buyers buy! I have held the hands of many first time buyers and crunched the numbers for many investors and all type of buyers in between. I started when the real estate market crashed and other agents began leaving the industry.

Many of my first clients were families losing their homes and I learned very quickly how to work hard and help them cope during a difficult time in their lives. I assisted my clients with their short sales and my priority was my clients needs and to ensure their escrows closed and they did not go into foreclosure. Every client is special to me and I take pride in treating my clients with compassion, respect, honesty, and excellent service.

I am proud to say that a majority of my clientele have been referrals from previous clients. I take my profession very seriously and make it a priority to study the market and attend webinars, conferences, and continuing education classes in an effort to provide my clients with the most up-to-date service available.
