Gaetano Califano

Guy Califano is co-owner of Califano Realty and has been selling real estate in Southern California for over 40 years. His father Tony Califano opened the firm over 65 years ago.

Guy started his career as a real estate agent selling residential, investment, and commercial properties in the South Bay including Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, and surrounding areas. In 1986 he obtained a Real Estate Brokers license and has remained fully committed to the business.

Guy is a member of National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the CRMLS and is highly respected in the community for his fair and honest dealings offering professional service to all his clients.

He is known for his professionalism, challenging work ethic, and his ability to negotiate with excellent communication skills. His number one strength is conflict resolution, his objective is to identify potential conflicts early and to find a resolution quickly and effectively. He is widely recognized for exceptional expertise in representing sellers, buyers, and the marketing of their real estate.
