If you are looking to sell or buy in the South Shore, work with Gail Doherty. Having bought and sold many houses over the years, Gail is head and shoulders above all other agents we have used. She knows the market like the back of her hand, is adept at developing a custom marketing plan, and is a sharp negotiator. Her follow up and attention detail is remarkable and she was honest and real to guide and direct us. I am not sure our house would have sold at the price we got without her!

Gail went above and beyond as our real estate agent. The sale of our house was no easy feat and Gail handled everything so professionally and with the knowledge of someone who has been in the real estate industry for a long time. She was in constant communication offering us updates, guidance and expert advice. Gail was tireless in her efforts to market our house from her professional connections to her use of social media. We were no longer in the house nor in town and Gail handled everything for us whether it was setting up repairs and cleaning or being there for every showing, walkthrough, or delivery. She was meticulous with every detail and knew our house, its history, the lay of the land and manufacturer of everything included within. Honestly, Gail brought such a comfort and levelheadedness to the whole process. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their house. She was simply the best and you’d be lucky to grab her!!
