Gail Huebel

Gail works on the Gail and Ben Team with Lance Huebel and Ben Pierson.

Gail grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and moved to Austin in 1973. Shortly thereafter, she met her husband Larry, a native Austinite, and planted roots in Austin. Gail has seen Austin grow from a small town of just over 200,000 residents to the growing metropolis that it is today. She knows Austin and Central Texas from one end to the other as few others do.

Her father was a builder, and her mother was a Realtor, so it is natural that she has such a love for real estate and understands all of the intricacies of the home buying and selling process. Gail has been a full-time Realtor since her children were almost grown and was a top agent for many years at her previous brokerage. Since moving to Realty Austin, she has maintained top producer status, now as one of the top producing teams with her son-in-law and son and is very thankful for her clients that are so loyal and strives to be sure all needs are met for her clients at all times.

Gail has the unique ability to assist all different types of buyers and sellers in helping them with whatever their real estate needs are while providing personal attention to each client with a humble attitude. Each client holds a very special place with Gail, and her passion for giving that high level of service is rare today and what has made her a top producer in Austin for many years. Gail’s commitment to clients is a long- term relationship, a resource for life, and a real passion for her. She takes great pride in helping her team have the same passion in helping our clients.

Family life is also very important to Gail. She has 1 son, 3 daughters, and two sons-in-law, who are both career US Navy military members in which she is very proud. Ben, her teammate, retired as a Command with over 20 years serving our country. Blake is also moving up the ranks and looking to retire with the military as well. Needless to say, Gail and team have a special feeling for our military and work diligently to work with all armed forces to help them throughout the nation. Gail has 9 grandchildren who keep her young at heart, and she takes great pride in being their “Nene.” They range in age from 20 years to 3 years in which she is very excited to attend their sports and activities. Gail’s husband of 47 years, Larry, is retired from the medical field and loves playing golf, listening to the Austin live music, and is an avid chef as a hobby. Gail and Larry love to entertain, so the home is always ready for the family and friends to drop in for a meal and listen to music in their outdoor living area.

Gail has a strong commitment to her community by supporting the community swim team, working and collecting food for the Capital Area Food Bank, and assisting with Elder Care and Meals on Wheels along with her deep relationship with her church. She is always willing to volunteer where she is needed to help the less fortunate.
