Gail is a native of the Washington, DC area and a graduate from the University of MD with a B.S. in Journalism.

She has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry, with a deep knowledge of local coastal markets in Sussex County, DE and Ocean City, MD.

For several decades. Gail worked as a Director for Fannie Mae and the National Association of Realtors where she was responsible for the development of national outreach efforts related to real estate and mortgage finance issues. She has received 12 national and international awards for her marketing initiatives.
