Gail Renulfi

Gail was first licensed as a sales associate in 1989 in the great State of Delaware. This is a state where she was born and raised. Where she planted her roots from day one. Her family grew up in Claymont and where her mother still resides. As her career grew, she became licensed in nearby Pennsylvania, following with Maryland. She has many ties now to both of these states as well as Delaware. She received her broker's license in 2005 and started her management career with a fantastic office with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox and Roach Realtors in Hockessin.

Gail prides herself in the training and coaching of new and experienced agents, helping those agents achieve their goals.

Gail got very active with their local Board of Realtors of New Castle County right out of the gate. Since that time, she was President of NCCBOR in 2006 and President of the Delaware Association of Realtors in 2013. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for DAR, and also the National Association of Realtors. She has served on numerous committees at the local, state, and national level.

Gail is proud to have been the 2023 National Association of Realtors Regional Vice President for Region 3.
