I had to purchase a home during a very competitive buyer’s market in Long Island and I was getting very frustrated. I put an offer on few properties but it didn’t work out. I really got tired and wanted to give up but I met Cynthia Durand and everything changed. I didn’t have a buyer’s agent and didn’t want one because I had horrible experiences here in Long Island with some agents being incompetent and unprofessional. Cynthia Durand was the listing agent of the property which I purchased but she provided much better service for both listing and buyer’s agent. Cynthia would sometimes help me with mortgage issues more than my mortgage broker. I’ve never been to a house where agent has disposable socks for anyone during showing. She had the disposable socks to protect her client’s property. I thought this was very respectful for the client. I met Gail through Cynthia and she is also fabulous. They are so professional and responsible with their work. I used to be an agent myself but I can say they are one of the best real estate agents i have met in my life. I appreciate their help and their top, professional and first class service. If you want to list your property these ladies are the ones to go with! I can assure anyone.
