Nearly 24 years ago I moved to Palm Beach County and never left. I was drawn to Florida by a great school (UM), my family, the weather and the beach. It was only two years later that I purchased my first home and became involved in the real estate industry. I got such a thrill from that first purchase that I started investing in real estate. I began by familiarizing myself with the locality and the market, constantly searching for new opportunities to get the best return on my investments. This made me very knowledgeable about the communities and neighborhoods that make up this beautiful part of our state. As my smart decisions began to pay off, friends, family, and coworkers started to ask for my advice on how to start investing in real estate. A few even asked me to help them find their next home. Eventually, I realised I could turn this passion into a career, so several years ago I became a realtor.

There’s a thrill that comes with finding the perfect property for my clients, either as a solid investment to add to their portfolio or as their family’s new home. My mission is to facilitate a hassle-free, home buying or selling experience. I utilize my experience as an investor and as a realtor to walk my clients through every step of the process and eliminate any surprises wherever possible. That is from negotiating the contract to assisting with the closing details of their transaction.

I’ve always loved helping people improve their circumstances. I’ve taught college-level math for over 17 years. I truly believe the wisdom I impart to my students gives them a leg up on many of their peers. As a Professor of Mathematics, I am quick to spot fiscal mistakes and happy to leverage the power of numbers to get my clients the best deal possible. My attention to details and personable approach, keep my client’s questions answered and serve them throughout their home buying or selling experience. I’m fortunate that I can take advantage of my aptitude for math to make sound investments for myself. However, it is just as satisfying to do the same for families looking to buy or sell a home.
