Garret helped us early this year to find the right place for our first home here in Florida. Anytime we asked to see a house he got us in as quickly as possible and always met us at the home. He was patient with our crazy toddlers running around and always answered our questions as best he could. If he didn’t know the answer, he would find out for us. He always helped our families with their real estate needs. 100% the hardest working realtor that we’ve ever had!

Actually I never went to the realty office. With Garret you don't have to. He provides leads, meets at the property, works effectively with listing realtors and provides the information you need in order to discover what you can realistically get - all done over the phone or by meeting in public places. We met at infested mosquito property, had impromptu meetups in restaurants and everywhere else that property I chose to see was located. I started out believing I was limited in what I could get and eventually found a good buy that had more features than I originally thought I could afford. Garret has a talent for doing thorough research of available property and descriptively analyzing the research results plus he enjoys riding to look at houses and property while videoing the drive through the neighbourhood. He records videos of houses or properties to share with people that can't easily go to see the property. So I got more house features than I expected and now we are friends because it turned out to be a win-win situation for everyone.
