Rochelle grew up in San Francisco, where she started her career as a paralegal. She moved to Silicon Valley in 1974. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, and Garrett of San Jose State University. The family has been active throughout the years with local schools and various charitable organizations. When they are not busy working, Rochelle enjoys her bowling league, bridge clubs and volunteer work for Hospice. Garrett plays both tennis and volleyball and volunteers for the ASPC
