With over 24 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker-associate, I am passionate about helping home buyers and sellers in Brevard and Indian River Counties. My areas of expertise encompass the vibrant cities of Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, West Melbourne, Palm Bay, Sebastian, and Vero Beach.
I consider myself fortunate to have met my wonderful wife, Laura, in 1997, who happens to be the daughter of the county's most esteemed real estate instructor. At that time, I was working in IT and obtained my real estate license in 2001. Since then, I have been a full-time active Realtor. I firmly believe that buyers and sellers should work with a dedicated full-time agent who can devote their time and skills to navigating the complexities of the real estate market. Selling or buying a home is often the largest financial transaction individuals undertake in their lives, and it should be managed by a seasoned professional.
Laura has been my rock and best friend for over 28 years, and our marriage has taught me invaluable lessons. Together, we bring a unique perspective as licensed real estate instructors, which fuels our passion for education and enhances our knowledge and skills in this ever-evolving industry.
In addition to my foundational real estate license, I hold multiple industry specialty designations, including CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative). I am also an expert in foreclosures and short sales, with extensive knowledge of bank-owned and distressed properties.
