I worked with Gary the the construction of my new home, and can't thank him enough for the dedication and time he provided during the process. Throughout numerous delays by the builder, Gary was always on top of covering the communication between all parties to ensure that my home was built to the highest standards. It would have been a nightmare if I had been dealing with any other agent.

Gary is not like other real estate agents and does not simply clock in at 9 and out at 5, he was there for me any time I had a question or concern about any aspect of the process. I give him my highest possible recommendation. So far, two of my friends have already purchased homes through Gary, and both have been as impressed with his level of personal care as I am.

Gary was so easy to work with during my first time homebuying experience. His 45+ years of experience were excellent to have considering I had a ton of questions throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to find a hidden gem of a listing that worked perfectly for me.

Even after the close, Gary has been extremely helpful by referring me to contractors and offering advice on home improvements. I look forward to working with him again one day!

Gary is the Chik-fil-a of realtors. My husband's coworker referred us to him about 5 years ago when we  moved here from Jacksonville. We were unfamiliar with the areas down here and entrusted Gary with finding us the right home for our family. I can truly say that it was one of the best decisions we've made. When we decided to downsize, we immediately called Gary. We recalled his diligence finding our first home in Florida, when we wanted to move from another state. As we did not have the time to visit, we trusted him to find the home that met our requirements, and he found the exact home for us.

Within a week of contacting him, Gary blitzed the media with notice that our home was for sale - at a marketable price. Shortly thereafter, potential buyers from as far as Wisconsin began to tour our home. Once the right buyer made an offer close to our price, we trusted Gary to manage all the details for a smooth close.
