What I’d like you to know about me is that - I truly love the real estate profession. I enjoy working
with people and helping them achieve their goals. Whether it's a first-time home buyer, a growing
family that needs a bigger house, circumstances that require the sale of your home or the need to
"downsize" to a home that requires less upkeep and maintenance or perhaps the need for a 1st floor
master bedroom.
I have expertise in both residential and commercial real estate. I also have expertise in managing
investment properties - having done this for more than 20 years. I like to go "Above & Beyond" for
my clients in a variety of ways; fixing things, moving things and helping them haul things with my
1998 Ford F-150 pick-up truck, affectionately known as, "Willie".
A big part of my job is to take the mystery and anxiety out of the home buying or selling process and
to guide you each step along the way – communicating with your before, during and after the sale /
purchase of your home. When it comes to establishing a price for your home – I will complete a
comprehensive market analysis of other similar properties that have recently sold, were canceled or
are currently for sale – and will share this information with you and be forthright and honest about
the value of your home and the “most likely” sales price. This is a collaborative effort – I can guide
you and provide recommendations, but be assured, you have the final say !
