Gary Carmosino

Gary Carmosino is the owner of Erie Appraisal Associates, Inc. His areas of concentration include residential appraisals for divorce settlement, estates, mortgages and corporate relocations as well as a wide variety of commercial and industrial property appraisals.

He has provided appraisals for lending institutions, attorneys, corporate clients, relocation companies, federal, state and local government as well as individual property owners. He regularly provides expert witness testimony at master's hearings for divorce settlement and has qualified as a professional witness for cases in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas as well as many tax appeal boards in Northwestern PA.

Gary is Pennsylvania State Certified General Appraiser and Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Broker.
