I used Mountain Trust about 15 years ago when i refinance our house. I recall Gary doing exactly what he said he would do. There were no surprises and the process was very easy. I called today, Saturday morning, and Gary picked up and answered my question. I would recommend everyone to use him.

Gary and his team were clear and helpful from the start on this process. It was nice to have confidence that everything is on the table and laid out clearly so we know what we are truly looking at, getting into, and what to expect throughout the home buying process. If you want to have clarity on rates, and 'hidden fees,' you can trust that Gary and his team are knowledgable and ready to answer questions.

Gary's enthusiasm and drive to fully understand your needs and wants as a buyer, and innate ability to know which homes are worthwhile and which are not is incredibly valuable.

Gary Cooper is excellent! He is not the typical realtor that will try to make the easiest sell for the most money. He is a realtor that will make it easy for the seller to sell, without breaking the seller's bank for appealing purposes. He is extremely knowledgeable and has connections you wouldn't think a realtor would have. He's an honest and straightforward gentleman that will turn you into a real by the time you finish working with him. He is aware of all of the rates and market activity. I would recommend his excellent service to everyone in the SOCAL area. Thank you for everything Gary! You're a true friend.

Gary goes above and beyond making sure you understand all options, any questions regarding the process, along with any questions on documents you need to sign. He is always honest, I feel like I can trust Gary Cooper completely. He is upfront, and conservative so not to make you house poor. Gary spent so much time, hours and multiple appointments, answering questions for us especially on our first house purchase. We didn't know what we were doing. Now we have used Gary to buy 3 houses and we just completed our third refinance. He's our go to guy. We refer him to everyone.
