Mannnnn, Gary brings instant value....like not even kidding. I was looking buying a new build property and 30 minutes after meeting him, he talked them into giving me blinds for the entire house at no cost, haha...this guy gets the job done and is a beast. You want him in your corner when your buying a house, that's for sure!

I initially made contact with Gary in February 2019 while I was sitting in my dorm room at Officer Training School. I was drawn to him, based off the simple fact that he was an Air Force Retiree. I had orders to the Columbia area and we set up a time to meet the day I arrived in South Carolina. Immediately I knew Gary was something special and a dedicated worker. As a prior Air Force enlisted member, Gary and I hit it off right away. Gary operates under the Air Force's core values, Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence In All We Do. Within a couple days we found a house and made an offer. Gary was extremely knowledgeable and made the buying process smooth and simple. He went out of the way to get all of my utilities set up. Unfortunately, a few months later, I received orders to the West Coast. I took on Gary as the listing agent. Gary went out of his way to monitor our property after we left the state. Gary bent over backwards to get everything completed that needed to be done, in order to solidify a sale. Gary did excellent work and got escrow closed successfully after their had been some road blocks that took place on the buyers side. If it wasn't for Gary, my house would be sitting vacant and not sold in Columbia. He is the best realtor I've worked with across the continental United States. I highly recommend using Gary, you will not be disappointed. I truly believe I gained a life long friend out of this process, that within itself is a gift.

Highly recommend working with Gary. We could not have gotten anyone with better communication skills or awareness of what we were looking for as first-time homebuyers. He's very personable, easy to work with, and gets things done QUICK. We would definitely do business with him again!

Gary was absolutely amazing to work with! My husband and I have never purchased a house before and this is the first time we have been stationed in the US. Gary answered all of our numerous questions and worked super hard to take pictures and videos of each house so we could buy before we even got to SC. I’m pretty sure I had him check out at least 30 homes for us before we found the perfect one. He seriously could not have made the process more easy. If or when we decide to sell, we will use Gary again. He made us feel like family and I couldn’t be happier that we worked with him. Also, split tails for life!

Gary has been amazing! He is patient and thorough; he goes above and beyond to ensure buyers are making informed decisions.

Gary answers his phone no matter the time of day and if he doesn't know the answer to your question he takes the time to find it and get back with you asap.

He is a straightforward, no BS type of guy. If you want a realtor who will get things done, treat you like he's been your buddy for years, and is honest and respectful then Gary is the realtor for you! He is an absolute pleasure and I am so thankful to have found him when searching for my Columbia home.
