Gary Gilroy, Broker/Owner of Alpine Realty started his Real Estate Career with Coldwell Banker in 1987 in his hometown of Naugatuck, CT. Moving to Newtown, CT in the fall of 1987, Gary transferred to the new Southbury CT office in 1988 assisting clients relocating to the new IBM facility in Southbury. This was a truly rewarding experience working with clients from a major American Corporation and still to this day work with clients from that era.
