Always up for an adventure, Gary Hess will work tirelessly to make your real estate transaction a success.

Gary is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has lived in New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, London and now Tampa Bay - so he understands the excitement and stress that comes along with relocation. Gary also has developed unique insights and access to the bank-owned property game and the short sale process that often dominates the current real estate market.

An avid world traveler, Gary has helped lead Habitat for Humanity home builds in Romania and Australia. These experiences have taught him how important it is to find not just a house but a home.

Gary, his life partner Trevor Burgess and their daughter Logan moved to Beach Drive in St. Petersburg from New York in early 2010 and love St. Pete's parks, restaurants and walkable urbanscape.
