I always reserve a portion of my schedule to assist first-time home buyers. Nothing is quite as satisfying as helping someone purchase their first home. The joy, excitement and pride in that milestone is unlike any other. My approach is to listen closely to what my first-timers say, learn what their needs are, understand what financial resources and limitations exist, and then to help them find a home that will meet those needs. Before we begin work, I like to have an initial meeting where I can explain the overall process and answer any questions you might have. Once we get started, I pledge to keep you fully informed of each step as we arrive there. I will communicate with the Realtor on the other side, as well as your financial adviser or mortgage broker, etc. and keep you apprised of those discussion. If you don’t yet have your team put together, I work with some of the best people in these fields and would be happy to provide you with referrals, if you wish.
