This was my first time buying a home and it can be so overwhelming, he made it extremely comfortable and was there every step of the way to ensure I understood everything and was confident in my decision. I could not imagine listing my home if Gary was not a part of the process. From start to finish, he was on top of everything. He was prompt, professional, and had an amazing photographer and stager that worked hand in hand to get our home sold. Gary takes his job as a realtor very seriously, and you can tell by the way he worked diligently for us.

Can't say enough good things about Gary. Since our home was considered an outlier or anomaly, we needed a Realtor who was able to navigate past the cookie cutter "comps" evaluation and SOPs of the Real Estate market. We needed a Realtor who was not resting on their laurels from the massive amount of home sales over the past couple of years. Gary stood out by leaps and bounds over the other Realtors we interviewed, even the ones who had won awards for sales. There was really no comparison once we met with Gary. It was evident that he had done his "homework" before our first interview. He even arrived early to the neighborhood to get a good look at all the amenities and layout. He made the upmost first impression, arriving in a suit and tie, not arrogant or intimidating but very confident, and carefully listening to our goals for the sale of our house. He spent a long time walking throughout the house and taking notes on each room and even walking down to our river dock to view the entire property. Once he had gather all of the information he needed, he returned in a couple of days with his complete marketing plan that exceeded our own expectations.

Gary has an outside demeaner of calmness, which helped keep us calm, but at the same time it was evident he was continually thinking ahead and had his finger on the pulse of every little detail. Throughout the entire process, Gary was 100% hands on. He came to the house with the stager (who was incredible); He was there with the photographer/videographer (also incredible); and later with house cleaners (also incredible). He called or texted us regularly with every detail along the way. Never annoying or pushing us to change our plan. We believed that the success of the sale was actually a team of all of these individuals spearheaded by Gary.

Do we recommend Gary? ABSOLUTELY!

Gary is an amazing realtor! I have worked with Gary on a few new home sales and his background in new home construction gives him a leg up in explaining to customers the process. You can see he truly cares about clients and takes as much time needed for them to feel comfortable moving forward. He even FaceTimed parents, clients and their friends so they felt involved from a distance during the process. Customers are in great hands with Gary!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Gary, my wife is a first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. While I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As you can imagine this can create some issues navigating the market as to exactly what we want and need. Gary was able to find us the perfect plot of land that I was convinced never exsisted and Throughout the past several months of the process, since we are building a custom home and did not purchase a move in ready, Gary has been there every step of the way and has not missed a meeting. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are second to none and much respected and appreciated. If you are in the market for a new home this is your guy!
