Gary Masciel

Gary is a third-generation, life-long resident of Orange County. As an active alumnus of Servite High School, and as a member of the St. Catherine’s Military Academy Board of Directors, he’s a highly involved member of the community. To his work therefore he brings expertise, enthusiasm, and local Orange County connections.
Gary has spent his entire adult life working in the real estate field—he entered into real estate in 1977 (the year Star Wars came out!), received his broker’s license in 1986 and founded Masciel Real Estate Co. in 1989. In his many years he has gained experience with selling and leasing of residential, residential income (apartments), commercial (office, retail & industrial) as well as vacant land. Gary continues to enrich his understanding of real estate through memberships in the Pacific West Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. He became a leader in the local Association by assisting many committees, holding a seat on the Board of Directors and serving as past President of the Anaheim Association of Realtors.
Gary truly sees his work as service to his community. He strives to provide his clients with the best experience by being as efficient and as helpful as possible.
