Gary was very professional and helpful and went beyond in helping me move my tenant into my house in Edgewater NJ. Some examples:

1. When there was a hot water heater issue requiring attention by PSE&G (utility company), Gary waited patiently in the evening for the technician to show up and to let him into the house to inspect gas leaks and remediate them.

2. Gary always answered my calls/texts promptly regarding issues the tenant wanted remediated and was even able to get a hold of handyman services at short notice in order to meet the move-in requirements of the tenant and produce a win-win-win outcome for all.

I highly recommend Gary for all your real estate needs, including property management/repair co-ordination.

Gary just sold my house in Jersey City. I can't imagine any other agent would be as helpful as Gary. He hired cleaners for the showing, did multiple open houses, offered to arrange movers, cleaning crews to clear the basement, and most importantly helped to obtain various city permits. He also went out of his way to show my tenant tens of apartments so the tenant would move by the end of the month for the closing. Over all Gary is the best selling agent I ever had. I will look for him if I come back to Jersey City.

We were moving to the area from another state and had no idea where to start looking for a place to live. Gary was very knowledgeable about the area and was able to show us several homes that met our needs and budget. He was also very responsive to any questions and concerns. He even took time to answer questions that came up after we rented the property. We were very happy with the home that he found for us and would definitely recommend Gary to anyone looking for a rental or to purchase a home.We will be back when we find a home to purchase thanks again.

Gary is a consummate professional real estate realtor, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. Gary is not just a realtor, as his expertise far surpasses that of a normal realtor. Whereas a normal realtor might have decent impersonal and negotiation skills (which Gary certainly also possesses), Gary knows so much more about the inner workings of a house. One time, we had a contractor come in to assess the house, and he aptly complimented Gary as the most knowledgeable realtor that he has ever met. We almost didn't need an inspector to view the house, because of the sheer amount of "house knowledge" Gary has. With realtors, sometimes I get the feeling that they make too much commission based on their minimum required training. With Gary, you are definitely getting a lot more. You have a house expert by your side, with many years of additional experience and training.

Along with Gary's technical expertise, his dedication to clients is beyond reproach. He guided us through the real estate transaction from start to finish, and was always available when we had any questions or concerns. On many occasions we had to call him late at night, and he would always be available for us. Here I am not talking about just a 10 minute call at 10 pm, I am talking about one hour long meaningful discussion late at night. It is very reassuring when you have a realtor that is doing much more than he is required.

Buying or selling a house is a personal and important undertaking, and you certainly want to have the best realtor that you can find. Choose carefully and take your time. We have encountered dozens of realtors, and Gary's knowledge and professionalism really sits at the top of them all.
