Gary Ponich

Originally from Canada, Gary has lived in Bellevue/Newcastle for the last 16 years. Gary raised his children in Bellevue's Somerset neighborhood.
Prior to Real Estate, Gary enjoyed a successful and lengthy corporate sales career with such companies as, IBM Global Services and RR Donnelley.
Gary holds an MBA degree and has a sound knowledge of finance, effective marketing, property valuation and negotiation.
