I just bought my first home in July of this year and Kelly was the absolute best! She is truly a matchmaker for homes. She explained everything super well and I was never nervous to ask a question! (I had a lot of questions) She always got back to me super quick too and was always willing to work evenings and weekends because that’s the only time we were off. Also, an honorable mention to the amazing connections and team she has as well. So if you’re clueless like I was, call Kelly. She will make sure to get you where you need to be!

I have to sincerely thank Kelly Post of the Pinnacle Post Team who worked tirelessly for me evenings and on weekends (due to my very irregular work schedule I could not always respond to requests for information during normal work hours) and she always got back to me without exception the same day with answers to my questions and requests I had. She assembled the team required to get me the financing and approval. She was always one step ahead and fully confident of the procedures. She arranged everything and took the initiative and I have her to thank that after looking at a few houses within two months I had the house I dreamed of. I also have to thank Lynne Kearis for the financing help. She was completely in the loop and knowledgeable of everything Kelly did. I am sure Kelly Post will eliminate any fear of the unknown you may have about the house-buying process. This was my first house and I cannot believe what was accomplished in two months time. The Pinnacle team was nothing short of amazing! From the very first step to the last one. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I at times felt like I had “silly” questions but was put at ease every time. The Pinnacle team made sure that I was taken care of and made me feel like I was more then a client but part of the family! Even after I purchased my home I still received emails to check on me and my family and the house as well as little cute things such as a ornament for my first Christmas in my home. I would work with the Pinnacle team again without question or hesitation. I also have recommended the Pinnacle team to multiple friends. They are a fabulous team!
