Gary Roberts

Gary Roberts has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience on the Grand Strand. He has owned and co-managed the largest real estate company in the area for the past several years, which included thirty Coldwell Banker offices. His capabilities include real estate sales, leasing, consulting, investment-income properties, 1031 exchanges, real estate development and marketing, and he is well versed in the golf industry. Roberts has marketed and sold over one billion dollars in commercial and residential estate since 1981. He was ranked #1 globally in sales volume, a member of the Platinum Circle of Distinction and Elite Office. Roberts is currently the Broker In Charge of the Commercial division and serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Business Development for Coldwell Banker Chicora Real Estate. He is a native of the Grand Strand and a honors graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Business. He resides in Pawleys Island, South Carolina and has two children Suzi and Hampton. Having been an avid golfer for more than 40 years, Roberts maintains a single digit handicap. He is also studying Tae Kwon Do and American Karate. Gary currently holds 3 black belts in martial arts.
