I moved from Austin, TX to the Chicago,IL area. I had a very wide range of cities to choose from. After learning my tastes and criteria, Gary was able to help me narrow down my search area. He remained professional and was ALWAYS available via cell, txt and email. When we found a great location he blew my mind when he completed a walk through of the property, took pics and sent a detailed email of major/minor touch-ups so that "the tenants wouldn't be held responsible". The entire list Gary drafted to the landlord was resolved within 3 days! Gary was with us the entire process and handed us the keys. When it is time to move again, Gary is who I will be reaching out to; needless to say, I recommend Gary to anyone looking for a quick move.
