I ended up working with Gary because he was partnered with a friend of the family who was retiring from the commercial end of the business. He came highly recommended and I see why. He was quick and responsive. He took the time to talk me through some big decisions that had to be made quickly and in the end got a great deal for me on our first project.

We worked so well together that we ended up taking on another project with him very soon after the first and it went off without a hitch. We were in the thick of the pandemic and he was careful and collected and made some smart moves to get the deal done.

These were the biggest projects I have ever undertaken and Gary and his team were there for us through the whole project answering every question and has the insight we needed to make the right choices. I will for sure work with their team again.
