Gary Seymour

Gary has been selling real estate full time for 34 years in Pocatello while being passionate about business and the local community. He is actively involved in the Pocatello Chamber of Commerce and the Commissioner of Pocatello''s Planning and Zoning Committee. He volunteers in numerous areas such as the annual Pocatello marathon, special needs annual fishing day, spending time at the veterans and local nursing homes conducting activities, and the list goes on.

Gary continually ranks in the top 10% of Pocatello''s Association of REALTORs in annual sales. He has closed thousands of real estate transactions and has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education classes. He obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in 1980 and has also obtained the GREEN, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations.

Gary was voted REALTOR of the Year by his peers and colleagues in 1987 and again 2010. He is the Past President of the Greater Pocatello Association of REALTORS (GPAR) in both 1986 and 2009.

Gary prides himself with simplicity and efficiency as being an important factor for buyers and sellers to ensure their experience is positive and enjoyable while reducing the stress level.
