He worked hard on the contract in the closing for our home and made sure to stay in contact even after the sell. My husband and I met Gary over 30 years ago and have had the pleasure of working with him through the years. He found our first home, our second home when our family grew; he helped us find an agent to work with when we moved out of state, then once again was there for us when it was time to move home. He found a great condo for our daughter, too! Gary is professional and always positive. He acts with the highest integrity and has the best interests of his clients in mind at all times. He has our highest recommendation.

I have known Gary Simmens for approximately 22 year, and have been involved in numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions over the years and highly recommend him to anyone. He is ethical, honest, has tremendous drive, and has a good knack of getting things done right, in a timesaving manner. I worked closely eith him on several large commercial transactions, and he was tremendous asset in resolving any difficult business problems for all parties involves. My wife and I have purchased and sold two properties through him, and I have highly recommended his real estate services to dozens of my clients over the years. Gary had his own successful Re/Max Realtors office, which grew from just himself and one secretary to the second top office in Atlantic County in sale in two and one-half years and recruited quality salespeople to work with him. I worked closely with Gary's office during those years and as well with New Jersey Re/Max Regional Offices and was proud to see Gary receive Re/Max's Broker-Owner of the Year (New Jersey) - Espirit DeCorpe Award in 1990 along with numerous awards his office received over the years. I know he has consistently been a strong producer in sales, along with managing and owning good top-shelf over the years. Sometimes we think doing business with family and friends is the way to get results. Recently, I had the opportunity to sell an investment property. Being in the title insurance business, I have a long list of realtors to choose from. A very difficult decision to make, so I attempted to sell the house myself. Classic FSBO. Gary Simmens came to one of my open houses. His professionalism, tenacity and reputation earned him my listing. Gary hit the ground running with advertising and more open houses. I found Gary to be straightforward and honest. He was in constant contact with me regarding open house results and showings. Since I was unable to attend the closing, Gary handled my paperwork and personally represented my interests at the closing. The overall experience was as stress-free as possible thanks Gary.
