Gavin Frater

I was born in Durham in the North East of England and moved to the United States in October of 2001. My background is technology sales and I have worked for and with some of the very largest companies in the world, but something was missing for me, that personal touch. So in 2013, with my wife beside me I decided to get my real estate license and it wasn’t long before the buzz of working with people directly and impacting their lives changed mine forever. I closed my consulting firm in 2016 and have been a full time agent ever since.

Working with every client type imaginable from the ‘one bedroom condo hoarder’ to the ‘multi-million dollar diva’ I am completely confident that there is not a scenario that can arise that I have either not experienced directly or cannot get you through. I can only do this though because I partner with some of the best professionals in the industry, professionals with decades of combined experience to remedy any problem. So understand I am only as amazing as I am because I work with amazing people.
