I cannot recommend Gay and the team at Davidson Group Realtors enough! From the moment Gay walked into our home until the completion of closing, she was absolutely amazing. She provided data-informed insights to help us identify a sale price that accurately reflected the value of our home while ensuring a prompt sale. No one wants their home to sit on the market for an extended period, only to lower the asking price later—Gay ensured that wasn’t our reality.

The marketing of the house was impeccable. The open house resulted in a road lined with vehicles and four offers within 24 hours—all above asking price! Gay truly knows how to sell a house, and her team worked seamlessly to get us to the finish line.

For the second time, I worked with the Davidson Group. I was impressed the first time, when I worked with Doug a few years ago, so I had to call him back when I wanted to put my house for sale.
I worked mainly with Doug, but Gay was available and involved as well. It was a pleasure to work with both of them.
Highly professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.
They provided me with great suggestions on how to prepare my house for sale. They have a great photographer who took magnificent pictures of the house. There is also a writer available who described the house in wonderful details.
Throughout the process, Doug kept me updated and provided feedback, explained the process and steps, answered my questions and provided guidance. All in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
I highly recommend this team for your next real estate deal.

The Davidson Group were instrumental in helping us sell the remaining units at Biltmore Estates. They were hands on and
helped us will every facet of preparing the properties for sale - from recommending site improvements, meeting with Township officials, attending homeowners association meetings, working
with existing homeowners, market research. signage, promotional brochures, creative marketing including videos and drone photography, and knowledge of new construction were exceptional. Had the pleasure of dealing with Doug and Rosann from the Davidson group. Doug went over and beyond getting me the information I needed on the property to make sure it would be a good fit for me. He was available when I needed him and when he wasn’t he would get back to me as soon as he could with answers to any of my questions. Rosann helped on the financial side of the transaction and did a wonderful job getting me in contact with a contact of hers to help with my financing needs on this. Overall if you have the experience I was given you shouldn’t have a problem or stress over buying your next home or property!
