I worked with Gaye many years ago with the purchase of my house. It was not an easy purchase (Because of the seller's misrepresentation of some things) and we both learned a lot. At the end of the day, we got it for much less than anticipated.

I just used her to sell the same house and we were a little upset we didn't get it on the market last summer before rates went up and home values dropped. Much to my surprise we ended up selling it for $45,000 more than I thought we were going to get for it in December, and it was only on the market for 3 days.

Gaye does an amazing job from arranging anything that needs to be fixed, to staging or virtual staging, marketing etc. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of this sale. It has gone so smooth, and we are ecstatic with the job she has done.

If you are looking to sell or buy, Gaye will make sure you get top dollar on the sale and bottom dollar on the purchase.
