Gayle Ching is committed to helping her clients find their own perfect piece of paradise. A passionate and dedicated agent who has been residing in Hawaii since 1986, Gayle’s real estate work began in 1980 in northern California where she specialized in golf, country club, estate, and ranch land living. She brought that experience and knowledge with her when she moved to the Big Island where she quickly delved into the field of development real estate, working with high profile developers, getting to know the Islands, and building her reputation as a reliable and efficient real estate professional.
In 1996, Gayle became Owner and CEO of her own brokerage where she served the Kona and Kohala Coast for 12 years, and specialized in Resort properties, second homes, luxury real estate, ranch and vacant land, commercial and residential projects including Kohanaiki Industrial Park, Hale Kehau, and Hualalai Villages. She received numerous sales awards during this time, including the highly-coveted President's Circle Award. In 2008 she merged her company with MacArthur Sotheby's International Realty and currently serves as their Regional Vice President.
She is also a member of the Hawai'i Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Hawai'i Multiple Listings Service, and is a Luxury Property Specialist. In addition to her business ventures, Gayle enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and the many animals she has adopted over the years including orphaned horses, sheep, and even a Nightingale (donkey).
