The award winning partnership of Wendy Tait, Realtor & Gayle Lane, Realtor GRI, began in 1991 at Fairbanks Ranch Realty, now a division of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services California Properties. Residing in San Diego since 1963, Gayle is knowledgeable in the various areas of San Diego County. She and Wendy have been involved with properties from downtown San Diego to Aviara in Carlsbad and from San Pasqual near the Wild Animal Park to La Jolla and Del Mar. They have both built their own homes in Fairbanks Ranch and have a wealth of knowledge in home building, as well as the resale market. They have lived in Hawaii, Kensington, Fletcher Hills, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Fairbanks Ranch, Carmel Valley, and Santaluz. They personally own or have owned property in Little Italy in downtown San Diego, Cardiff by the Sea, Del Mar, Solana Beach, Fairbanks Ranch, Santaluz, 4-S Ranch, San Marcos and Carmel Valley.
