I had a great experience working with Geanna in helping me find a rental property. This is an extremely tough housing/rental market, and moving from Chicago to the suburbs, I was not 100% sure what I exactly wanted, so my uncertainty probably made the search even longer. Geanna was great throughout the whole process. In this tough market, I would want to see a new listing of interest the minute it posted. Geanna would reply to me always within minutes and we would be seeing that property sometimes within a couple hours, but always as fast as possible. Geanna always made her schedule available. Geanna is also extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Geanna took her time on every showing, consulting me and pointing out different things about each place. We eventually found a great place, and thank you Geanna for all the work throughout the process!

As a first time homebuyer, I really needed a realtor that would look out for me and Geanna did just that. She answered my millions of questions, pointed out everything to look for at viewings, was extremely flexible with my busy schedule, and ultimately found us the perfect house with everything we needed AND wanted. She is patient, kind, hilarious, and I’m so glad I had her by my side throughout this process!
