Geena is awesome. She worked for months and months on the first house she sold us when we first moved from Arizona to North Carolina. Communicating almost daily with my wife to narrow down a short list that met every requirement so when we traveled into NC for our buying trips, our time was used very, very effectively. Geena is everything you could ask for in a real estate agent and more! She has helped me purchase 3 properties (hopefully a 4th soon) and each purchase has had its own challenges, but Geena was able to effectively navigate through each of those challenges while giving me confidence and hope. We have purchased 6 homes using Geena from G W Estates & Homes and each and every experience has been excellent. Two properties were our own homes and the other 4 investments. The support for the investment properties was great, all the comps, rental ROI, and finishing off by finding great tenants. When it was our own homes she knew exactly what our needs were and fulfilled them 100%. We had a phenomenal home buying experience with Geena. As first time home buyers, we weren't even sure we were ready to take the leap but after one meeting with her, going over details and learning about all the options available to us, we realized we were more than ready to jump in. A couple of things that really contributed to a smoother process for us, she connected us with a network of people (inspector, mortgage broker, attorney) whom she works with regularly and trusts. We would have had no clue who or where to turn on our own. Secondly, when the seller of the home and his listing agent started playing...not so nice, she was always on point, keeping us informed and doing everything in her power to make sure the sale went through and that we came out on top. We've recommended her to several friends and will absolutely use her services again when it comes time to buy or sell.

GW Estates and Homes is an incredible company. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that she has when listing/selling homes. She has an incredible 3D rendering listing tool that gives your home the best possible showing opportunity on the market and is the only one in the Charlotte - Lake Norman area. Also, the fact that she is a family owned boutique real estate company, she made us feel like we weren't just another number and devoted all time and energy that was needed to facilitate our home buying needs.
