Geoff has been a good friend of ours for many years and when we decided to sell our home we wanted to be sure and partner with him. The result was nothing less than amazing as, once the house went on the market officially, we had multiple offers within hours and an official contract was in place the next day. Geoff did a great job marketing the house in every way he could think of and really worked with us to advise what we needed to do in order to make it sell-ready. We discussed our pricing hopes in depth and he offered some great recommendations and advice - all of which turned out, at the end of the day, to provide the magic formula for a successful sale. We all know that, when selling a home, glitches and little surprises pop up from time to time and ours was no exception. Geoff always maintained a sense of calm and insured that each surprise that came up was handled quickly. He made the paperwork/contracting process extremely easy with everything done electronically and he worked extremely well with the buyer's agent in order to insure the entire deal was completed just as we hoped it would be from the beginning. Geoff made our first home-selling experience a pleasant one and I'd recommend him to anyone who is considering selling or buying a home.

Geoff is a great guy and a phenomenal Realtor. We've known him for several years, but selling our house this spring was the first time we had an opportunity to work with him on a professional level. Geoff went above and beyond the call of duty when selling our house, and then even more so after we were under contract. He helped us schedule appointments to fix things that were on the inspection report, he facilitated meetings with the buyers agent when necessary and then even showed up on moving day to make sure everything was ok.
