Born, raised and currently residing in Buckhead, Geoff continues a legacy in real estate passed down from his father and grandfather. Real Estate is in his blood.

Geoff earned his real estate license in 1992, and then, after becoming a licensed attorney, started a career as a real estate lawyer in 1995. After a few years in practice, Geoff transitioned to the brokerage and development side of the real estate business as President of the firm his father founded in 1971, AFCO Realty. In the time since, Geoff has served as either a broker or principal in real estate transactions with a combined value in excess of 300 million dollars.

Geoff believes the size and complexity of the transactions in residential real estate today demand a broker with both legal and high level transactional expertise. In his almost 25 years of representing clients in real estate transactions, Geoff has learned how to listen to his clients and to translate current market conditions so that his clients are well equipped to make informed real estate decisions.
