The BEST! Geoff is a top notch realtor. Great to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. We sold our condo within a week of listing. There were a few hurdles to navigate with the condo HOA. Geoff went the extra mile to get everything in order as quickly as possible and managed all with professionalism. Highly recommend.

Geoff is the best. Whatever your situation, whatever type of home you're selling, whatever your budget for buying - Geoff is there for it. I never felt like I wasn't his most important client, even though our house for sale had unique challenges, and I didn't have a huge budget to buy my next house. He's a cool cat who doesn't get ruffled even when the key is frozen in the lock :) He's there to support you every step of the way, totally professional, but also a super nice guy. He'll tell you the truth - but also help you see the potential. His goal is to find what YOU want and help you get that, and he always had time for me. There IS a difference in realtors, and Geoff is the cream of the crop. Don't go for someone who doesn't know how to look at the whole picture, or will judge you based on your budget. Geoff was amazing to work with! He spent so much time with me before even signing on with him. As a first time home buyer he made sure I understood everything that was going on thought out the entire process. I was remote and he sent me wonderful videos and pictures of the house I was looking at. He also was able to get floor plans which were really helpful. He was able to recommend and connect me with everyone I needed thought out the entire home buying process. Overall amazing experience!! Would highly recommend to use Geoff, he was a pleasure to work with!!

Geoff was an outstanding agent to work with. My wife and I were first time home buyers and had plenty of silly questions and much to learn about the process. He was always exceptionally patient with us and happy to educate us along the way. His knowledge of real estate on the east side of Cleveland proved invaluable and he was able to quickly help us figure out what we wanted and guide us to the best options on the market from there. After we had an offer get accepted we had a fairly complex closing process and Geoff was on the ball every step of the way to get it across the finish line. He was doing paperwork and taking calls at all hours of the day and night to help get the job done. I was repeatedly impressed by his dedication and commitment to us. The secret to selling a house quickly is to hire a great realtor and do exactly what they tell you to do! Due to Geoff's detailed knowledge of the Cleveland Heights real estate market and his careful preparation of the house and our expectations, my father's home had multiple offers within hours of it going up for sale, and was sold for above asking price. He was very kind and patient with our questions and concerns, immediately let us know about issues with the house and the sale, and immediately responded to our calls and emails. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

We've worked with Geoff a few times, first with buying our first house, and again with selling a condo we owned. Geoff has also helped my family with other real estate issues, and we expect to use him again soon to sell another family member's home. So needless to say, we know Geoff.

Since we started working with him, Geoff has always been the epitome of kind, warm, caring, and particularly client-focused. He takes a very practical approach to real estate, and presents as someone who is earnest and ethical. I have never gotten the impression that Geoff is solely motivated by commission. I've always felt that he has prioritized the best interest of my family, even if it might cost him a few dollars on the back end.

Geoff has demonstrated a willingness to put in the extra work necessary not only to get a deal done, but also to ensure that it is the best deal possible for the client. Geoff is also very knowledgeable about, and demonstrates a clear passion, for the Cleveland market. Not to mention, he's an avid Browns fan, which in my mind counts for something.

You should not hesitate to call Geoff for any real estate issue. In fact, I'm not sure why you're waiting. Stop reading this review and just call him.
