George studied economic history and received his teaching credential before completing his master’s degree in mass communications at San Jose State University. George has been an educator for 14 years at Lincoln High School in San Jose where he teaches Economics and Government. Through educating high school seniors about long term financial goals he developed a passion for helping home buyers and sellers make informed decisions.

George has lived his whole life in the Bay Area and knows it very well. He has a wife and three kids who motivate him to serve. George has volunteered as Vice Chair for the San Jose Parks and Recreation Commission and currently works with neighborhood associations to organize and promote park cleanups. He tries to spend all of his free time with his wife and kids riding bikes, playing Legos, and coaching his sons in baseball, basketball, and tennis.

We chose George Adas to sell our home in Hayward CA. We now know that it was the best decision we could have ever made.

George was very enthusiastic and energetic and began to work right away getting our home ready for listing. He advised us on details that needed attention, so that everything would look as good as possible. He advised us on all painting, cleaning, upgrades and staging which made our home look brand-new. He coordinated all inspections, projects and paperwork so that we could just concentrate on moving into our new home. His help made life so much easier for us.

He held some open houses and we know that he worked very hard to get us offers for amounts that we never thought we could get for our home. We sold for a very good price and we know that he negotiated hard to get us the highest amount possible.

We appreciate very much all he did for us, and if we have to sell another house, we know that George Adas will be our realtor.

George Adas is a professional and very responsive. His local knowledge of the Morgan Hill neighborhood was great, and his attention to detail while showing us homes in the area was impressive. George helped us understand each home's true value vs quick fixer uppers. He also went above and beyond in selling my in-law's home, and even rented a U-Haul on his own dime to help us move several pieces of furniture and boxes the movers couldn't fit in the big van. I can't think of any other realtor who would do THAT for you!!! I would highly recommend George Adas if you are looking for a home in the Bay Area.

Meeting George four months ago as our Realtor was by far a most memorable experience to say the least. As my brother and I being first-time Homeowners had many questions and uncertainties as to the responsibilities and challenges ahead in this new chapter of our lives.
