George is the nicest, wisest real estate agent you can imagine.
He went way beyond the basics to get us through selling one house so we could buy another as we prepare for retirement. His practical knowledge of all aspects of real estate is deep, and he has a wide network of excellent professionals from inspectors, contractors, cleaners, stagers, movers, photographers, lenders who trust him and come when he calls. He is a good listener and has great stories to share. We consider him an "always positive" friend.

Grandpa George is truly the best realtor for the Seattle Area. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I buy our first home on Whidbey Island. He worked with us while we still lived in Colorado and helped establish what our “dream” home would be like. George explained to us what the home buying process would look like every step of the way, which was so important to us as everything was very unfamiliar and daunting. We really appreciate all his hard work as a few obstacles were thrown his way, but he was able to handle it all very well. George is professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. Grandpa George has been more helpful than anyone will ever know. My girlfriend and I moved from Colorado to whidbey Island, we decided to buy our first home and without George we truly wouldn't have our home. He went absolutely above and beyond what he had to do for us. He explained everything to us so well which is very important when talking about something we know nothing about, he fought for us and is the only reason we have our home. Truly the best in the business and highly recommend. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Growing up, I moved with my family every three to four years, and met countless realtors as a result. None could hold a candle to Grandpa George. He is a fantastic realtor and an even better person. In this insane market, he guided me (and my fussy, crying six-month-old!) through countless properties, covering many miles and enduring some insane bidding wars. George was a source of steady wisdom and sanity amidst it all, and he gave us the confidence to keep to our budget and never lose hope. My family came out of this experience with a first home we adore, and against all odds, we got it for thousands under list. We didn't waive contingencies, did it by the book, and somehow landed where we are now. We are so thankful. George Caudill made it happen-- and suffice it to say, we love Grandpa George!
