My wife Dee, & I purchased our home in Sun City Georgetown after working with Mr. George DeVillar. George was our most valuable ally in securing our home. A tireless worker and a consummate professional, George alleviated many of our concerns and worries as we transitioned from Plano, TX down to Georgetown. George was gracious to a fault and no issue or concern was too minor for him to address to our complete and total satisfaction. George offered us his sage counsel on the location of our home, our offer, date of possession, and all the associated closing costs.

In all candor, my wife and I have lived in 4 different states and bought and sold homes in all 4 states as well. But the purchase of our home in Sun City with George DeVillar representing us was by far the smoothest and most rewarding experience we could have expected.
