Charlie is a lifelong Park Slope resident, and the fourth generation of a family who has been in the area since the late 1800s. A father of
four, he is proud to pass on his love of Brooklyn to the fifth
generation.
Charlie brings passion, energy, and sensitivity to serving the unique
needs of his clients. As a longtime resident and successful owner,
investor, buyer and seller, Charlie has a breadth of first-hand
experience with an exceptional knowledge of the market. Strong

success in real estate.

A local business owner, Charlie has owned and operated a service that delivers organic fruits and vegetables for close to 20 years.
Reflecting the progressive and traditional values that Park Slope is
known for, the business offers healthy food and employs local residents.
Having earned a degree from CUNY, Charlie is fluent in Spanish and
English and he is currently learning French. He further complements
his passion for real estate and business acumen with part-time film
studies at Brooklyn College.
Charlie currently resides in a town house on a tree-lined, blue stone block in his native Park Slope. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing,
camping, movies, reading, travel, and vacationing in his summer home in
Breezy Point, as well as visiting with friends and family in Montauk
and Cape Cod.
