George is just brilliant! We had been on a house hunt for a number of years and had worked with several folks in the past, but no one came close to the work George did. The home he found for us was just what we wanted. It has everything we value and more! The houses he showed us along the way to finding our home were houses that fit the style and feel we were seeking; which showed us that he truly listened to what we had described was important to us. We never felt pressured or like we were just another sale, as we had with nearly everyone else we had worked with. George made closing on the home a walk in the park, and we were able to close effortlessly. He found the most beautiful home for us, and we just love it! George Pullen represented my husband and me for the sale of our house in Albuquerque and he is a superb realtor. Selling a house can be stressful and buying a house while trying to sell a house can be even worse, especially when you are still living in the house that you are selling, still working more than forty hours per week and then your sewer line collapses the first week the house is on the market. Through all of this, George had a cool head, reasonable expectations, and a really great sense of humor. He is not the kind of realtor that will pull a fast one… on either the buyer or the seller. He is honest and has a lot of experience in the field. He advised us on how to get a good price for our house (which was a lot more than we thought we could sell it for) but he warned us when we were setting the bar too high. All in all, George was fantastic to work with and helped an overworked, stressed out home owner get through it all without going over the deep end and in fact, thinking “that wasn’t too bad after all” at the end. George was our broker and helped us purchase our home in Rio Rancho. We were living in another state and planning our move. George became our broker because he was reliable and experienced. I noticed that he was the only broker that gave fast answers to emailed questions. He was very responsive to even my most preliminary and naive questions. He was on time for appointments and followed through to fully meet our expectations. His experience really showed when we had selected a home and he made sure it went to us and not the competing buyer, giving us the advantage by improving terms for the seller instead of increasing our bid and also by facilitating a fast close.
