George Rozbora

George Rozbora was born in New York City, the son of Czechoslovakian immigrants. His Father was a barber and professional soccer player. The family moved to upstate New York in the early 1950s and started a restaurant business.

George graduated from high school and college pursuing an interest in the aviation industry. Joining the Air Force, he learned discipline and the need to accomplish things efficiently. Upon leaving the Air Force, he joined the family business with his wife, Nancy. After retirement in 1996, he and Nancy moved to Callahan, Florida, where Nancy remained in the food service industry becoming the catering manager in the Food and Nutrition Department at St Vincent's Hospital. George and Nancy have 3 children, twin boys and a girl, and 5 grandchildren.
