About George

Mr. Voegtlin, an Atlanta native, was educated locally and was licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1971. George was reared on the North side of Atlanta but has resided in the East Point and College Park sections of the Metro area for the past thirty plus years. George first obtained Million Dollar Sales status with the Atlanta Board of Realtors in 1979, Lifetime Million Dollar Club Membership in 1982, and earned the coveted Phoenix Award, signifying ten consecutive years of membership in the Million Dollar Club in 1989. A Buyer or Seller would be extremely hard pressed to find a more qualified representative than Mr. Voegtlin. His areas of expertise are the Tri-Cities area, College Park, East Point and Hapeville, Southwest Atlanta and South Fulton and Fayette Counties. However, since joining Adams REALTORS, with the extensive sales tools at his disposal, he has successfully managed properties as far South as Newnan and as far North as Duluth.
