After a fabulous 6-year affiliation with Coldwell Banker, Georgia was recruited by the La Costa Resort Real Estate Management Team to help the Company develop a sales office. It was a wonderful opportunity for Georgia to apply her real estate knowledge and leadership skills. The partnership also afforded her the opportunity to serve her clients with the alternative "boutique" real estate business model.

Fulfilling her commitment to La Costa Resort Real Estate, Georgia returned to "Big Blue" on June 1, 2010. Returning to Coldwell Banker immediately offered Georgia with the resources that propelled her and her Company, Georgia Murphy amp, Associates, Inc. into the new age of real estate. Georgia and her group dedicated themselves to taking excellent care of you, your friends, family members and business colleagues looking to buy or sell real estate throughout San Diego County. Specializing in North San Diego County, Georgia works by referral and spends time networking globally through the internet using innovative technology and locally by building strong relationships with like-minded business colleagues and affiliate service providers.

Since her primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust her, Georgia does not have to spend precious time prospecting and promoting herself on bus benches and in gimmicky television ads. A native of the Garden State - Williamstown, New Jersey, Georgia moved to California in 1990 where she met and married her husband, Bob. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Commercial Airline Pilot and Naval Reservist, Bob is often seen assisting Georgia with that superior service her clients enjoy! Georgia and Bob have two children, Ryan, and Nicole. Ryan, a student at Marquette University and Army ROTC scholarship recipient, enjoys college life in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and soaking up the San Diego sunshine on his breaks. Nicole, a senior at Torrey Pines High School, is looking forward to college life, and the freedom that comes along with that. The Murphy's currently reside in North County.

Georgia's prior teaching and business experience in customer service and marketing is a major benefit to her clients. By listening to their needs and focusing on their priorities, she helps her clients invest in their future while developing lasting relationships.

Along with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Georgia is committed to furthering her education. She has earned several designations including Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sales amp; Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Previews Property Specialist, Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist-Relocation (CMAS), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
