BLUF: Georgia rules! She came prepared to every listing with information sheets and other relevant info. Her knowledge of Omaha and connections informed me of aspects of the home that weren't apparent (for better and for worse), better enabling me (a real estate dunce) to make a huge life decision. The businesses/contractors she recommended to me were professional and patient and gave me a great product. She's friendly, professional, and dogged as well. For the military folks: she's military, knows how our lives are, and makes deliberate efforts to work around our schedules. Some of her associates (mentioned earlier) are military as well, and looked after me when I was buying a house 1500 miles away. You cannot go wrong with Georgia!

Georgia was referred to us by a family friend when we started looking to buy our first home and we are beyond pleased that we chose her as our realtor! Due to the craziness of the housing market, we ultimately decided on building a home instead of purchasing an existing one. Georgia was with us every step of the way from picking our builder to the final walkthrough and provided unparalleled expertise. Unfortunately, what should have been a 9 month build took over 14 months and the process was...painstaking, to say the least. Georgia helped navigate us through the worst parts of the process with empathy and compassion. Ultimately, her knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and any other adjectives you would use to describe your dream realtor are beyond compare! Our only regret is that we wish we knew more people looking to buy a home that we could refer to her!
