Georgia Rudderow

As a third generation Realtor, Georgia serves Oakland, Berkeley and the surrounding East Bay communities. Since 2014, her top priority has been providing the highest level of service and attention to her clients. Though every client is unique, Georgia’s goal is always the same: to deliver the results that will help them achieve the most important financial goals of their lives.

Georgia was born in San Francisco to a mother who was a real estate attorney, working tirelessly on cases that involved rent control and construction disputes across the city. Her father and grandfather were both Realtors, selling millions of dollars worth of properties across San Francisco and Contra Costa Counties.

Needless to say, Georgia grew up listening to real estate talk. Contracts, negotiations and dispute resolutions were the norm. She learned so much during these formative years of my life that she still uses in her practice today.

In the late 80s, Georgia moved to Lafayette to live with her grandparents. This is where she developed her love for design. She spent hours in my grandfather's woodshop designing and crafting houses and furniture for her dolls. She would then organize and arrange what she had built to perfect order so it looked flawless - much like what Georgia does today on each and every property she lists.

When it was time to go to college, she was of course naturally drawn to engineering. Georgia spent three years at the University of California Davis and earned her BS in Biological Systems Engineering.

After graduating, she moved to Oakland and was amazed at all that it had to offer. The culture, the diversity, the food, the nature, the landscapes and the people. Oakland had it all and she quickly fell in love. Georgia has been in Oakland now for over ten years. She couldn't imagine a better place for she and her fiance to raise their future family. They live in King Estates with their tabby cat and two dogs, one a miniature American Eskimo and one a terrier/poodle mix.
